Employment Opportunity at TshirtSpot LLC TshirtSpot, LLC is a growing company having doubled in size for the past two years.  We are located in middle Tennessee and specialize in apparel screen printing.  We focus on quality high-end printing including process, spot, and simulated process printing on all types and colors of apparel.  During 2005, we will be expanding another 4,000 sqft of floor space. Openings:

Inside Sales/Service Representative: 

We are looking for an outstanding candidate with the following qualifications;

• Highly responsive individual with above average ability to identify needs or problems and identify solutions, to whom average performance is unacceptable.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Clear understanding of Win/Win interdependent relationships.
• Excellent communication and telephone sales skills.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years sales experience.
• Math, computer, and phone skills essential.

Applicant must be detail oriented and organized for:

• Product Research
• Quote Preparation
• Order Entry and Follow-up

Applicant must be able to multi-task to handle:

• Customer Service and Sales Support
• Work unsupervised yet be a "Team Player" who can meet deadlines and "Make Things Happen."

If you know how to sell and take care of your customers, we can teach you the apparel imprinting business.

Salary commensurate with experience.  Bonuses paid when sales team makes monthly goal.

Artist / Illustrator: 

Person should have 1-3 years experience with Photoshop and illustrator.  Must be talented with the ability to draw and create designs either from scratch or from ideas given by the customer.  Responsibilities include but not limited to: creating art, modifying existing artwork files, printing film, understanding channels and process printing, and stripping film.  Background in screen printing a plus.  Production work requires timely completion of projects, ability to proof your own work.  Must be responsible and a team player. 

Pay is determined by experience.
